+ Payments are through PayPal.
+ Half or either all of the payment must be made upfront; work will not start on your commission until half of the full payment has been received. Accepted currency is GBP(£) through Paypal ONLY. Be mindful of foreign exchange rates!
+ You will be invoiced after my quote has been received and accepted (by you, the client).

+ You must have adequate visual references. Text descriptions will not be accepted, except in the case of reference sheets/character designs. You can use a character creator or create a small mood board to elaborate on inaccurate or missing details. References lessen the room for errors and keep the process from being too stressful for both of us!
+ If you need the commission in a particular size please let me know when you fill out the commission form.
+ You can ask me for status updates. I will send you a sketch preview (if applicable) of your commission as soon as I have completed it, after which I will send you periodic updates depending on the commission ordered. Progress can also be tracked on my art queue.
+Prices and options may change during the time that commissions are closed, please check the commission page in this case.
+ Please fill out the respective form for your commission type when requesting your order to reduce potential errors during the pricing and drawing processes.
+ If you have any other inquiries, please feel free to use the form below. Please know I could take up to a few working days to answer, but don't worry I'm usually fast. ;)
+ It may take anywhere from a few days to a month for me to finish your commission, depending on complexity, queue length, and personal stuff.
+ If your commission is time-sensitive, please discuss it with me ahead of time. Just so I can plan around my day-to-day life schedule.
+ I will send you a sketch of your commission for inspection of any necessary changes or corrections before I begin the full work.
+ I have copyright over the work I do unless discussed with the commissioner. You can use your commissioned work for personal use only. You may not sell, take credit for, trace, alter or otherwise redistribute the work without my explicit consent.
+If you wish to commercialise the piece, please discuss this with me, as it will be an extra fee.
+ Please check the additional fees section in the form. For any commission, let me know what request you have and I'll let you know if it includes an extra fee.
+ Prioritizing your commission over the others. There is an expedition fee starting at £10 and we will discuss whether or not it will be possible before making any commitments.
+ You must notify me of all large alterations or cancellations prior to me moving on from the sketch preview. In the case of alterations, I may charge a fee if I am notified of changes like this after I have already moved on to line art/colour. In the case of cancellations, I will not refund your commission after I have already moved on to line art/colour. However, I will refund your commission 50% during the sketching phase.
+ Please be sure that you REALLY want to commission me, will guide me in the right direction of what you want for your order, and trust the quality of my work!
